Getting to Shimokitazawa
Shimokitazawa Station is on the Odakyu line and the Keio Inokashira line, a few minutes from Shinjuku (Odakyu) or Shibuya (Inokashira). The district is entirely walkable and best explored on foot from either station exit.
Don't plan it. Shimokita is for getting slightly lost between vintage racks and record bins, then eating curry when you're hungry. Afternoons into early evening are the sweet spot.
