Tsukiji's outer market still buzzes at 7am (the wholesale market moved to Toyosu, the outer market stayed). One bridge away, Tsukishima's Monja Street is Tokyo's most famous strip of monjayaki, the runnier, savory cousin of okonomiyaki.
